It turns up great change in iron ore talks mechanism in 2010, the long term agreement of iron ore which lasted more than 40 years becomes the past history and quarterly agreement comes into reality. Price fluctuation of iron ore continuous occurs in spot market, the instablility increases significantly, which leads to pig iron price fluctuated sharply, like the inflation happened in middle 2009. Main stream price of conversion iron inflates from 2500yuan/ton in early 2010 to 3600 yuan/ton at present, one-grade cast iron price rises from 2700 yuan/ton to 3900 yuan/ton, brand corporations quota over 4000 yuan/ton, and they stock for higher price, the phenomenon of expecting for rocketing up inflation appeared again. |
