Analysts say that actively operating in the open market, is the best way for the Central Bank to deal with the rising producer price, in the domestic market. Since the beginning of this year, the price of industrial materials and fuel has spiked sharply, causing increasing inflationary pressure.
Rising labor force costs, have also pushed up prices. Experts point out, the central bank is issuing bonds in order to withdraw cash from commercial lenders. The People's Bank of China published a report on Thursday, saying that the domestic financial market may fluctuate within a certain range this year, and the financing scale is likely to expand. It says the macro-control measures, should focus on maintaining financial stability.
